The purpose of this joint notification is to communicate Poulsen Roser's claim to sole and exclusive ownership of the trademark INGRID BERGMAN in connection with roses.
Poulsen Roser and Weeks Roses ("Weeks") have amicably settled a dispute regarding the ownership of the INGRID BERGMAN trademark and wish to confirm that Poulsen Roser possesses all right, title, and interest to the INGRID BERGMAN trademark. Except as expressly authorized by Poulsen Roser, Weeks shall not make any use of the INGRID BERGMAN trademark, or any derivative, variation of, or reference thereto, in connection with the production, marketing, or sale of roses.
